Bunzie’s Cove
WOOT! I just had an early short summer vacation last March 6-7, 2016 at Bunzie’s Cove – a hidden paradise in northern part of Cebu. The resort is a perfect home vacation to the nemophilists out there and to the people who wants to escape the busy city life. It is located at Tabogon, Cebu with 1.5 hectares and kind of forest like resort with nice panoramic view of the cove from above.
To be exact it is a work-vacation, why? Bunzie’s Cove is owned by Annie Chen, my client. I was hired to take photos of 5 rooms, landscape, sunrise and sunset. When I was about to take photos of sunset, there were no clouds for the sun to reflect its light and create stunning colors. So my last option was to take photos on a blue hour for the Villa accommodation.
During my stay at Bunzie’s Cove, I was waiting for a bright night sky field with stars or also known as milky-way. While waiting, there’s no milky-way to be found and so I was wondering why. Even if there is no milky-way, I was still able to take good photo of a tree under a starry night. When I made a research about stars, the month of March is the month that is impossible to take photos of milky-way. Well, better luck next time. Ciao!
